Store in a cool dry place.
All pure honey will granulate/cloudy over time. This is a sign of quality. It can be restored to liquid state by standing jar in warm water for under 40 degrees for approx 30 mins
 
All pure honey is unfiltered or heated so may contain the odd bit of wax or  bee leg or two!
